I am shocked at the reviews for this place, they are the worst! I placed an order for a custom table on 15 January with a 10 week lead time. It is now the 19 May and we still do not have our table and they just avoid our calls and emails. We had to go in to get any kind of response....they have our money though!!! If I could have given no stars I would have. Buyer beware!
Custom made furniture and a very unique style. Moss is different from all other furniture stores in style and expertise. They helped me enhance each room in my home. I have some amazing pieces from Moss and I particularly love their outdoor range. After purchasing a few items from Moss over the years and receiving the exceptional service, I look forward to going back. World class customer service. The Interior designer ladies are delightful, great listeners and their advice is second to none! Recommended to all.
Worst experience ever! I had to follow up on the delivery (and the emails were ignored); in the end I had to go collect it myself at the supplier. No excuses or explanations. And had a shrug of shoulder because "it was such an inexpensive item"... meantime it was expensive for what I got. Really poor service...
