Moss &Embers came to rescue when my pedestal rise broke. I could find identical product only at this company. I called with order and lady who helped me went above and beyond! I just love the owners of this store. Karen and her husband are friendly, knowledgeable, and have the best taste. They have a little piece of heaven in Burns.
