GREAT customer service. I ordered some terracotta hanging pots for my yard, but due to a miscommunication between their supplier and M&E, I was sent the wrong size pots. I contacted M&E, and Karen got right on it. She worked with the supplier, who indicated they could not provide the size pots we wanted. Karen immediately processed a full refund, told us to keep the incorrect pots, and apologized for the mistake. HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!! I've passed this place a dozen times and never stopped. My bad! This shop is exactly what EVERY shop of this type should be like. It was arranged beautifully, great variety, unique/fun inventory, and reasonable prices. We were greeted by the owner, Karen, she asked if we had been there before and then explained the layout of the shop. We were then free to wander without being nagged or ignored. Excellent customer service! I needed a replacement for a broken glass vase. I found their store online and they were amazing to work with. They emailed me and told me when I could expect my order to be shipped out, and everything arrived in good order and arrived on time as promised. A pleasure doing business with them.

Love browsing through the store. They had a nice variety of gifts, flowers, and home decor for any occasion or home. Very friendly and helpful owners. I purchased flowers for a project I needed help with. I will definitely be coming back.
