Moss &Embers came to rescue when my pedestal rise broke. I could find identical product only at this company. I called with order and lady who helped me went above and beyond! I never write reviews, but when a small business steps up and offers courtesy, interest superior product and a personal interaction of sincerity and friendliness, then I say this retailer is a 5 star house. I had ordered a set of three limited-edition Mason Cash bowls from another store, and unfortunately two arrived shattered and the third was cracked. After searching everywhere and finding them sold out, I came across this shop that still had them in stock. GREAT customer service. I ordered some terracotta hanging pots for my yard, but due to a miscommunication between their supplier and M&E, I was sent the wrong size pots. I contacted M&E, and Karen got right on it. She worked with the supplier, who indicated they could not provide the size pots we wanted. Karen immediately processed a full refund, told us to keep the incorrect pots, and apologized for the mistake.
