Cute little shop with lots of great stuff. Customer service is top notch too! Definitely worth checking out.
HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!! I've passed this place a dozen times and never stopped. My bad! This shop is exactly what EVERY shop of this type should be like. It was arranged beautifully, great variety, unique/fun inventory, and reasonable prices. Excellent customer service! I needed a replacement for a broken glass vase. I found their store online and they were amazing to work with. They emailed me and told me when I could expect my order to be shipped out, and everything arrived in good order and arrived on time as promised. A pleasure doing business with them.
Love browsing through the store. They had a nice variety of gifts, flowers, and home decor for any occasion or home. Very friendly and helpful owners. I purchased flowers for a project I needed help with. I will definitely be coming back.
After attempting to order this batter bowl from 2 other shops and having it arrive in pieces on both occasions, I ran across Moss & Embers searching for the bowl on my third attempt. I emailed the shop & Karen immediately responded. She got my order processed & shipped out. It arrived quickly & in one piece! I can’t say enough about the customer service!! Thank you so much!
