I must say my experience with with Moss was outstanding. I never write reviews, but when a small business steps up and offers courtesy, interest superior product and a personal interaction of sincerity and friendliness, then I say this retailer is a 5 star house. It helps that Karen and I discovered a common sports bond !! There’s the extra not seen among most retailers . Support Moss , you will be very satisfied. Chuck F
I had ordered a set of three limited-edition Mason Cash bowls from another store, and unfortunately two arrived shattered and the third was cracked. After searching everywhere and finding them sold out, I came across this shop that still had them in stock. GREAT customer service. I ordered some terracotta hanging pots for my yard, but due to a miscommunication between their supplier and M&E, I was sent the wrong size pots. I contacted M&E, and Karen got right on it. She worked with the supplier, who indicated they could not provide the size pots we wanted. Karen immediately processed a full refund, told us to keep the incorrect pots, and apologized for the mistake. HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!!! I've passed this place a dozen times and never stopped. My bad! This shop is exactly what EVERY shop of this type should be like. It was arranged beautifully, great variety, unique/fun inventory, and reasonable prices. We were greeted by the owner, Karen, she asked if we had been there before and then explained the layout of the shop. We were then free to wander without being nagged or ignored.
