Moss Brothers, Inc is a wonderful company with whom to do business. From my first call with Butch to the return of my lawn tractor, they were outstanding. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and i never knew my law tractor could run so well. Kudo's to Moss Brothers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. First rate company.
Moss Bros. Farm Equipment dealership is an excellent dealership to purchase lawn, recreational and farm equipment. I called on them for 6 years as a Massey Ferguson District Sales Manager in the late '70s and early '80s and have been a customer for 45 years. I have found them to be honest, fair priced, and I have received excellent service. I have no complaints and have many compliments for this dealership!
Updated review 10/2/24: Updating my review. I had originally given them 5 stars until they called me a few weeks ago, trying to say they had an open ticket for me (as if I hadn't paid). Firstly, I reminded them that in order for me to even get my mower back from them (I did the pick up and drop off service), they required payment. When my mower was done, I had called and paid over the phone. My mower was serviced back in July, it's now late September and I get a phone call 2x from Butch.
