This attorney’s office lied and said they were filing my discharge documents for 2 weeks now I am down to the wire on the number of days I have to file! For months when I called they never answered the phone or returned messages. Stay away! Or you will regret it! Untruthful!
My bankruptcy was discharged in 2023 with Moss. It took months of harassing them to get them to finally get moving on my case. I would have moved to another attorney except that I had already paid my fees in full. Even on the day of my court hearing I hadn’t heard anything from the office and had only a 2 minute conversation with the attorney before we went on the call with the judge. Mr. Chris Edwards and this team are AMAZING and are Godsent! He was very knowledgeable on my husband filing chp 13, he moved swiftly with checking to be sure everything was turned in on time. Y'all we were due in court literally 4 days after giving answer to court documents, they scheduled it on a day I had surgery and so they moved it up a day giving us less time and Mr. Edwards still got it handled.
