Easy location, Great to work with
While Chris is an excellent attorney, the administrative support specifically Jade is extremely disappointing. My messages and calls have gone unanswered for over a week. I understand the office is busy, but the lack of basic communication is unacceptable. This attorney’s office lied and said they were filing my discharge documents for 2 weeks now I am down to the wire on the number of days I have to file! For months when I called they never answered the phone or returned messages. Stay away! Or you will regret it! Untruthful!
My bankruptcy was discharged in 2023 with Moss. It took months of harassing them to get them to finally get moving on my case. I would have moved to another attorney except that I had already paid my fees in full. Even on the day of my court hearing I hadn’t heard anything from the office and had only a 2 minute conversation with the attorney before we went on the call with the judge.
