This store had very limited inventory and the furniture was not grouped in a fashion that inspired any sort of design creativity. Maybe because the space it occupied was so tiny? After having just left from visiting The Collective, which was absolutely incredible and inspirational, this store was truly a disappointment. Their dog was cute though . . .
My family and I went to have a nice time in Santa Fe, NM today, unfortunately our biggest mistake was entering this horrible store. The older lady that was working there was so ignorant! What she considered as a “joke” to my niece with diverse disabilities was just rude, sarcastic and disrespectful! The tone of her sarcastic voice made me cringe, while my niece asked her a question about her dog. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! They obviously don't know what customer service is nor do they care!
Unpleasant experience. The website says the shop closes on Saturday at 5:00pm. I arrived at 3:51pm. The sales woman exited the bathroom barefoot, stared at me in shock, glared at her watch and stared back at me and greeted me by saying the shop was about to close. My recommendation is that they correct closing hours on their website and behave more professionally with shoppers.
Terrible service, lady there was so rude.
