I ordered two towels from Mosobam off Amazon. One of the towels is coming unraveled along the edge and is fraying terribly. I sent Mosobam pictures of the damage, they responded asking for more details, then never wrote back after my frequent attempts to contact them and ask for a refund. I’m so disappointed by the terrible customer service and poor product quality. The towel fabric is excellent, but they’re literally falling apart.

You want to hire people to clean and organize your warehouse, but only pay $15/hr in NYC, no benefits. How is that worth anyone's time? Obviously no respect for labor. Seems like an organization that will cut corners everywhere and be as cheap as possible.

These towels are thick and soft, yet manage to dry quickly, even in the Florida humidity. I received one hand towel with a snag, so I called customer support. To my pleasant surprise, I was immediately connected to a real person who sent me a replacement that day.

These towels are incredible. i literally spend hours and hours researching bamboo/eucalyptus towels. i am extremely picky about quality and how they absorb and wash. THESE ARE FABULOUS!! they are totally worth the splurge. even my husband was blown away and will not use another towel. AND on top of product quality, the customer service is outstanding. BUY THESE!! you won't regret it!
