Had taxes done few years ago and got a refund from the state of Illinois. Six months ago received a letter from the state saying we owed money. MTS told us not to pay it. We waited...more letters. Sent them to MTS. Called MTS. No response. State lawyers have started to contact us. Called MTS, said they would call back. No response. Payed the bill to keep our credit up and avoid lawyer fees. Would not recommend using this service.
