My family has been coming to Katherine for years to file our taxes. She is a genuinely good person and is always thorough and fast. The free cookies are a nice touch too! Thanks to Katherine and the office!
Katherine has Very poor communication with an Estate tax return. No returned phone calls or e mails delaying tax return dealines. Upsetting because we've been clients way over ten years.
My parents have been getting their taxes done here for many years. My father died unexpectedly at the beginning of this year, and I've been helping my mother with all the paperwork. Lori & Katherine went above and beyond to make sure her taxes were done and made is feel was taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this firm
