HORRIBLE experience! Their customer service was very unprofessional. They rushed through my filing and filling out information, keying it in wrong. A simple clerical error turned into months and months of waiting for a solution to a problem they created. Instead of fixing their mistakes!? They gave me a 1-800 irs number to a recording , they would NOT return my calls, nothing to resolve my 2025 taxes.
Been a customer since early 2023. My storage unit is the perfect size for the price, and Mitchell was very friendly, professional and helpful with getting me set up and is always kind when I come in every month to make my payment! 10/10 best in town!
