It is so sad when a client of more than a decade cannot even get a return phone call for weeks. Arlene's assistant will repeatedly say that she will call you back but rest assured she will not. When the going gets tuff she will leave you stranded. Even when you ask kindly she will discard you like the garbage in her waste basket. Arlene you have made me so sad. What did we ever do to you other than pay you for all your services to be treated this way!!!
