Without much explanation, Doctor referred me to Moscardi for therapy to relieve back pain. Lou talked to me in detail about what was going on with my spine and gave me massage treatments that immediately relieved the pain. After several sessions of group exercise designed specifically to strengthen my core, I am now pain free and have a long term plan for staying that way.
