Terrible customer service! Ordered tile online and received voicemail that it was on back order & did so want to cancel. Called back but got voicemail & so I left a message saying yes, I want to cancel. A month & a half later, tile shows up & I’m charged. Tried calling & emailing to get return authorization and to request paid shipping label. Was told to mail back on my own & must provide written proof of cancellation. Amir is amazing, and due to his competence, knowledge of material, and responsiveness, we will always turn to Mosaic Tile Direct for our tile needs. He also inadvertently made a mistake by not checking with us before deleting two boxes of tile from our order due to the tile not meeting standard. He immediately acknowledged that he should have consulted us, and then set about making sure the replacement tile was consistent with that in the first 28 boxes. That impressed us very much. I purchased my tiles from the Mosaic Tile Direct warehouse in North Bergen New Jersey and the sale was handled by Amir. The tiles are gorgeous and when I needed extra tiles, Amir was able to accommodate my request. I would certainly deal with this company again.
The team at Mosaic Tile Direct worked hard to find me a rare tile and shipped it in time for my installation. I would use them again!
