In April I had service installed in my apartment. I fell behind on my bill and they shut me off. They wanted $78.00. I only had 60.00 available but they wouldn't work with me. My service was supposed to be $55.00/month. For 1 thing I don't understand how it came to almost $70.00/month. I cancelled my service. I told them to backdate it to when they shut me off.
