Delivered load 5 days late and lied about the location.
Hired Mosa Transport for a series of rounders, they completed 2/3 rounders then cancelled the last on Saturday Night. They later held our trailer/ load and lied by telling us it was already dropped. Once payment was threatened due to camera footage showing the trailer not being returned, they finally returned it and started involving our customers because we disqualified them from Quickpay due to our trailer/ load being held seemingly hostage for 5 days on a 6 hour load.
