Very kind, professional and knowledgable. I came in with a pair of ATH M50x that had an audio issue in the left speaker and thought it was something to do with the headphones itself. I did not bring the detachable cable with me since I thought surely that wasn't the issue, but Mory firmly but politely told me to come back with the cable. I did, and after taking a quick look at the cable he said it was simply a cable issue.
