What a wonderful customer service satisfaction experience! The staff went to a great deal of trouble to help with my current fireplace issues even to their detriment of a potential new sale. They impressed us both and we will go nowhere else from now on.
Danielle was so helpful and easily quoted and organised the installation of our new wood heater after we recently relocated to Narooma. Andrew and Imogen went above and beyond to ensure the old heater (Very old, rusted and hadn't been looked after) was removed without any mess left behind. The new heater was installed on our very steep roof with amazing efficiency and got everything waterproofed before a rain shower.
