Fantastic service, from start to finish. Looked after everything. Very professional and thorough in what they do. Lisa was excellent and kept in constant contact I can't thank her enough. I would definitely recommend.
Poor communication. Couldn't get hold of solicitor to discuss my case, apart from on the morning of said case, where they telephoned me. The solicitor on the phone, Simon, had a poor attitude and wanted to "see about getting me some representation". Seem to be good for minor motoring offences, but don't ask them to get involved in any other legal matters. Submitted a complaint and - surprise - they find no wrongdoing.
