I recently ( 9-2024 ) started work with Ms. Caren L. Sydnor and Ms. Heidi Smith on getting problem , squatter tenants evicted from my rental property in Selbyville De. Caren and Heidi were there every step of the way . They constantly kept me informed on everything that was going on and always responded to me immediately if I had a question. This is hands down the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. You can not get anyone to return a phone call even after putting them on a retainer. They will give you the run around time and time again. Then return your retainer after doing absolutely nothing for you. Charge you 300 dollars for a phone call that gets nothing done. Please take your money elsewhere. Do not deal with these unprofessional attorneys.
