Atrocious attitude when dealing with my late mother in laws estate. Constantly chasing for updates, repeated requests for information already supplied, inacurate at best advice given at times verging on misleading. Not once has there been an apology of any sorts for delayed or no responces to emails, disgusting non professional manner at a time in need for our family. This was a basic straight forward low value estate, i hate to wonder how a complicated or intricate matter would be handled.
