The staff and service goes above and beyond the care of their clients who bank with them. In just the short time I have been banking with them I have had them reach out to me in potential fraud situations. Of course upon hearing that my account might or might not have been compromised I was not the easiest individual to work with to prevent further chaos. These guys are terrible. They took over my home loan from Marine Bank and it's been a disaster. They making billing changes with no notice, all their bills look like they were printed from a 70's COBAL or Basic program so it's horrid to make sense of. Their customer service, while friendly, doesn't really seem to understand what's going on as well. The whole place feels like an aging bank on aging systems. I'm not sure how they're still in business.
Not good
Great bank. Always available to help and answer questions. Treat you like a person who matters. They have helped us handle deaths of parents, dealing with college kids and the ups and downs of life. I never feel like a burden or a job to be handled.
Always friendly staff.
