Very hateful, she makes her own decision about your case without your agreement. I had a court appearance and she told the judge that I closed the case. Took me two years to go in front of the judge, just for her to cancel it.
This lady is rude & unaccepting... ask her if she took new cases, her response "How can I help you?" ,then explain my case of my 3yr old granddaughter having autoimmune issues, etc. Her immediate response "I don't do children benefits!!" in a stern & very rude way!!! Don't need that kinda help!
Mrs Martin was more than accomidating. Very professional. I have recomended several of my friends all of whom were happy with the handling of their claim. I will recomend Mrs Mortin again and again.
