I am deeply grateful to LaPointe Antiques and Restoration for its exceptional work in restoring a cherished family heirloom. Mort restored our weathervane to its original condition or perhaps better. Welded a new sleeve with ball bearings so it spins effortlessly and regilded the mermaid in gold leaf. Couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Mort Lapointe is a phenomenal fine and antique furniture restoration expert. There are NO superlatives to describe the care and detail of both his restoration and fine woodworking. 12 foot antique rosewood table had bases destroyed during move. Resigned to only a passable fix. Mortimer restored bases perfectly. When I doubted their strength, he climbed up on top of them.
