The staff were very kind and friendly
I have such a long phone log of failed attempts to make contact with anyone at Mortimer Gardens just so that I can contact my mother and speak to her. It is her 90th Birthday today and I am unable to go see her because of work so I thought a call would be nice before I go to work. Once again nobody answers the phone. I have left messages and nobody ever calls back. This is just pathetic.
