Nino was excellent in helping me with the financing process for my first new home! Communicative, patient, and was more than happy to explain every step of the process. Even asking Nino to reexplain stuff many times did not annoy him. I’d recommend his expertise.
I liked to work with Mark Wiseman. He is very helpful, answered a lot of our questions and was always in touch.
Mark Wiseman was my loan officer when my husband and I purchased our home. He went far beyond the average loan officer in his efficiency. His availability was unbelievable. He was available during the day and evening; not only week days but all so weekends. We had to close on the house in a short period of time and he got it done. On a rating of 1 to five, I give him a 6. A five just isn't enough. Thank you Jane and Mark!
Our loan advisor was amazing during the entire process and always explained in detail exactly what needed to be done. He was honest, realistic, courteous, and ready to answer any questions that my partner and I had during the process. For a first time home buyer, I can not recommend them enough.
They were not clear on what documents were required. They asked for documents that were previously provided which made things very confusing. The support staff seemed either inexperienced or inefficient. They really need to work on the process and explain things much better, like what exactly is needed and why things are needed would have helped tremendously.
