Craig was recommended to us by our realtor, and he did not disappoint! He had always been kind, polite, and patient with us through every decision we did (and did not) make. He was very thorough in explaining things to us, and always made sure we understood exactly what he was saying, even if that meant explaining many many times. We were finally able to purchase our dream home at a low rate thanks to Craig, and will gladly recommend him to friends and family!
It was great working with Craig to secure a mortgage. The whole process was certainly intimidating at the outset, and my wife and I didn't have a lot of advice that was up to date from our family, but Craig made the whole process a breeze. His communication was always professional and succicnt, and he was exceptionally patient with us considering it was our first mortgage. In the end we got exactly the mortgage we needed for the house we wanted, no compromises necessary, and all thanks to Craig!
