A friend recommended this company so we decided to go with Samantha. We later learned she only made the recommendation because she saw her on TikTok. We have good credit and have never had an issue getting approved. The process took months. Right up to the signing date there were errors to the contract. We just refinanced our mortgage with Samantha, and we couldn't be happier! Samantha was great and was always able to answer any questions my wife and I had. She stepped up when the lawyers made a mistake and we are do grateful for her.
If you are looking to get a new mortgage or renewing your existing mortgage, Samantha is the person to talk to. She is knowledgeable, professional and if your Bank is giving you a good rate offer, she will let you know to take it. Give her a call to have that peace of mind you are getting the best interest rate.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience working with Samantha! Everything was done virtually which added a lot of convenience and I felt that I was given good information and options for our refinancing; Samantha was very knowledgeable. My only feedback, and reason for a 4 star instead of 5, was the delay in communication. There were a few times where I had to follow up on an inquiry multiple times to receive a response.
