Not a great experience at all, we started with our renewal with Samantha months before it was time to renew after finishing all the paperwork and working with her to refinance; we followed up with questions and to lock in our decision and we were answered with radio silence. Tried even following up and to this day still nothing back from her. Our mortgage ended up having to go into an open mortgage as we had to find a new broker and work quickly, so now we are left with extra fees, etc. which is super frustrating as we still... read more

Absolute nightmare of an experience with Samantha Power. Stay away from this mortgage agent. She has been reported to the FSRA. What was supposed to be a simple mortgage renewal ended up taking nearly 4 months. It didn’t close on time and cost us hundreds of dollars in fees and lawyers. Samantha never returns calls or emails and will instead be on TikTok making videos. She thinks she’s pretty special. Find someone else to work with, she’s the worst my wife and I ever experienced.
