I reached out looking for guidance on my borrowing options and provided a significant amount of documentation right away, including my NOAs, employment letter, pay stubs, bank statements and identification. Despite this, it took over a week just to have a basic conversation, with repeated requests for additional documents before anyone would discuss my options.
