Overall, I really enjoyed my experience working with Samantha! Everything was done virtually which added a lot of convenience and I felt that I was given good information and options for our refinancing; Samantha was very knowledgeable. My only feedback, and reason for a 4 star instead of 5, was the delay in communication. There were a few times where I had to follow up on an inquiry multiple times to receive a response.
Transferring our Mortgage to Samantha was seamless. Questions were answered, work was done quick, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Samantha provided rapid responses, and had everything lined up for is right from the get go. Thanks for making it easy for us!
We recently got a mortgage with the help of Samantha and we couldn’t have asked for it to go better. Not a great experience at all, we started with our renewal with Samantha months before it was time to renew after finishing all the paperwork and working with her to refinance; we followed up with questions and to lock in our decision and we were answered with radio silence. Tried even following up and to this day still nothing back from her.
