Fairly disappointed.
Highly disappointed as Majoroty of Islamic Banks only offer New House Finance for first time buyers with House value over 300K GBP. And Minimum loan amount should be 200K and Period of deal should be aa high as possible 35 years. Higly disappointed as in my case Property value is 220K and needed loan less then 100K GBP. Highly unfairly inflated rates as well & no early repayment allowed and cannot pay in full in any case with them throughout the deal period.Infact the deals are designed to get high loan ammount and longer pe... read more
