Great service overall, we really appreciated Linda's prompt communication. She was also has a great wealth of advice on the home buying process which I believe we benefitted from in buying our first home. The only issue was an error in which we were told to expect a soft credit pull, but ended up receiving a hard credit pull that we were not able to use to toward our final loan application.
