Hate leaving negative reviews but would like to state facts as they happened. We refinanced with Jennine right before the interest hikes frenzy, and we feel we were not intelligently advised on going fixed versus variable. As a result, we went through a significant financial impact for the next 2 years up until now when rates are reducing. We found out that only approx 30% of people were on a variable, while the rest were fixed during the period of interest rate hikes. Sadly, we were part of the 30%.
