Dana was missleading and dishonest. I reported her to FSRA as she doesnt follow the code of conduct for Mortage brokers. She lied to me about the terms of my mortage and I waited 4 months to close the deal and months of promises to the terms i was seeking. I was supposed to only add a second mortgage to my property without renewing, i just got a mortage 6 months prior and didnt want to renew as the lender fees were $15,000 and my plan was to renovate and build equity which i did..
