A+ Service!! Barb was extremely thorough and detailed every step of the way. The personalized videos were a nice touch, breaking down budgeting expenses and explaining in detail the process, steps required and options of the mortgages. She worked to get the best rates possible for my needs and doesn't operate on "bankers" hours, which was a major bonus with the busy 12hr/day, 6 day/week, schedule I was working during the purchase period.
Barb was very helpful in explaining the process of acquiring a mortgage and provided excellent info, in simple terms, to guide us at every stage. I appreciate Barb's professionalism and awareness that this can be a daunting process. Barb always had the time to answer my many questions.
