Brian was an amazing help for us. As FTBs, we had no idea where to start! He pulled things together for us so quickly and supported us by answering all our questions. We had a mortage offer through in just a few days after his quick work! He explained everything really clearly and has been a great support during this time in the crazy housing market! We could not reccomend Brian more.
Highly, highly recommend Brian! He helped me as a clueless first time buyer, and made the entire process extremely easy and clear to understand. He made sure we got the best mortgage deal that suits my circumstances, and was so helpful in connecting me with other parties (solicitors, surveyors, etc.). Such a genuinely nice person to deal with, with things as stressful as house buying - although Brian makes the whole thing stress free! Wouldn’t hesitate to use Brian again in the future!
