Great experience from start to finish!! Jerry was knowledgeable and responsive, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He made sure we understood everything along the way which made a normally overwhelming experience into something easy and straightforward.
I must say that Donovan was fantastic helping me with my refi. He was courteous, and so helpful. He answered all my questions when asked and called me regularly with updates. What else can you expect when he takes care of his mother's lawn. Such a great guy!
