I find these people very unprofessional. I’ve done many re-mortgages in the past they go on like they’re going to help you. but I’ve called them. They asked me to send in all my tax overviews & tax return details which I did do, and then my emails were blocked. They kept saying that they’re gonna ring me back, this is from 11 o’clock this morning. Horrible experience, please avoid: Despite my several phone calls and follow up email to Heywood and Amelia, I didn't get any response back. They are neither picking up call nor responding to my emails to progress the re mortgage application. Horrible experience. Please avoid.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Spoke to multiple people due to the delays with the solicitors, however everyone that I spoke to was happy to help and answer any questions I had as a 1st time buyer.

Do not deal with them, can never get hold of anyone, always a different person. Told me initially they were going to add there fee onto the mortgage, but did not, kept on harassing me with text after text, tried to call them no answer. I end up getting a small claims court letter with an additional £50 on top. Paid it now. But there was no need for that.
