I am fortunate to be one of the few born and raised North Vancouverites! Currently I reside in Lions Bay and have an office in North Vancouver. Supporting the North Shore community is important to me. I read some other reviews, and will not describe Dave as awesome or miracle worker. It was different for me. I’ve known Dave and his family for over 20 years and we have shared moorage spots on our boats and good times galore. I had a refinance question that was personal and difficult to manage. It was a great comfort to know that I had a trusted friend to help me decide, as well as a skilled professional to help me get it done. He helped me feel safe and supported through the process, and that was worth a lot.
