Terrible, two years in a row. After getting me a mortgage at a decent rate with low fees about 3 to 5 days before my mortgage was due they totally changed my new mortgage. The fees went up astronomically. The interest rate jumped 2 to 3 points at the rate I’m going I’ll never pay this off. Over $30,000 in fees in two years what the hell?
