Mortgage Solutions was AMAZING to work with. Eric and his team kept in touch to let me know step by step what was going on. When i asked a question thru email - they were johnny on the spot in getting back to me or having someone calling me with answers. They were super friendly - as if they had been your best friend forever - they were there for you even after hours. Of all the mortgage companies - this was foremost the best ever. Working with Eric Swan and the entire Swan Team on my recent refinance was a great experience. Everyone was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Shannon Bell provided updates and was amazing to work with. Even though a mortgage transaction can be stressful, they made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. I came in to talk about a mortgage. The receptionist was gone. I waited for 5 minutes but no one answered the door. Probably couldn't hear me with the TV blaring in a back room. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Tom Wilhelm and his colleague Marshall made the mortgage process as painless and efficient as possible, while also securing a competitive interest rate and providing reassurance about the refinancing process in the event that rates drop. A very down-to-earth interaction each time we spoke or FaceTimed. I feel very lucky that our paths crossed in the home-buying process!
