Horrible! We got passed off from person to person! They pre-qualified us and then ignored us! We asked for clarification and got none! They said they would call, then didn’t. Maybe because we were NOT looking for a $500k or higher home! Please, use someone else who not pass you around and ignore you or not care about your concerns!!
