I wish I could just put my review with no stars because it has been a ridiculous, frustrating ride. We started with a loan officer from Colorado, she went out of office and transferred our info to her manager. I was able to get in touch with said manager once.... ONCE. Called corporate to find out what was going on and was told said manager went out of office and didn't tell anybody. You always hear stories about how difficult the process is to buy a home.
