Sent me an escrow check from refinance and then when the bank called to verify the check they lied and told them to keep the check because they had no record of it (I heard them say this). So I call and pull out all the paperwork and recite numbers with them over the phone and they said yes we have record of that check. But that did me no good because the company wouldn’t accept the verification from my phone
I almost never give 5 star reviews. This company, particularly Mr. Robert Stern, has earned it. I went into the process by getting an VA approval before looking at homes. From the beginning, Mr.Stern was calling me, checking back to make sure I turned in documents, and being a decent guy all around. Once we put in the contract it only took 28 days to close. Rob Stern has been great during my whole process of getting my first home! Not only did he do everything he possibly could to get me approved for a loan which seemed impossible to me since my credit score was so low, he was still able to make it happen. He was also able to set me up with my realtor and home insurance. Definitely veterans choice in my books.
