The writer of the negitive post did in fact attempt to secure a loan on a small apartment building in St. Roberts, Missouri. He was told that if all his representaions were true and accurate, we did not see a problem. The contract he signed clearly stated everything in loan process. Don't ever use them It was the worst experience of my life. I tried to refinance my property, Albert Ichelson III said no problem, but when it came down to it they screwed me for thousands of dollars and did not even call or help me refinance. Albert or (Al) works for Mortgage Resource of the Midwest located at Osage Beach Missouri. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES.
