The worst experience someone can have. These people are extremely rude and unprofessional. They take advantage of you if you don’t have enough information. Please do your research and always read the worst reviews, see if there’s a pattern before deciding whether to trust a place or not. A mortgage is a big decision, and when careless, unprofessional brokers fail you, you’re the one who pays the price. On top of that, people with such low morals could also misuse your personal information. Be careful who you trust!
Phil and the team helped me get a great mortgage provider 5 years ago when I bought my first home, and they just helped me renew once again. Always very responsive and very helpful.
