As an investor, who does several purchases a year, this has been the worst lender experience. I do not leave comments often but feel obligated to let others know to avoid at all costs. Their underwriter team does not communicate with their mortgage brokers and cancel financing 5 days before closing without warning. Even with 40% down, 6 months reserves, high credit score and under 30% DTI, they were quick to look for any reason to cancel right before closing.
