As a first time home buyer durring a pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised at Lisa's team's ability to communicate as efficently as they did. It was a pleasure working with them and I would reccomend them to anyone shopping for a mortgage!
Very unprofessional. Constant promises of a call back from Don, who is apparently never in town. Was told by Michelle he will call after my husband gets out of work. Told my sister he would call. This is the most unprofessional Mortgage company ever. They have their heads up their asses. Maybe Don should take less vacations. Either way, steer clear of this unprofessional company. They will not help you.
