I initially had a great experience with Khader. He helped me secure a mortgage and find a conveyancer quickly, and was very responsive throughout the process. He told me I could reach out a few months before refinancing to sort things out. Unfortunately, when that time came, he completely ghosted me, ignoring my emails, messages, and calls. It's disappointing that the service seems to stop once the commission is secured. If you're looking for a broker who will support you beyond the initial settlement, I'd think twice.

Spoke with 3 different banks directly, and no one was able to help me and my mother. I was then referred to Khader who found me a solution that was better than we actually expected! We saved money and received a much stronger valuation outcome than we thought possible. He kept us informed throughout each step and made everything so understandable.
