Owes money and constantly refusing to pay do not trust this person . Sends email to play her game and never complies or sends over the payment we are all getting tired of this and will let the law and city of Orlando Fl handle this.
Back to posting again since Melissa Perez didn't keep her word on the previous email exchange and its demanding conditions when this person owe us nearly 15k in late fees due to the loan we gave her and her company for 3k , she emailed us today 01/29/2026 stating she was willing to pay 4,750 which is a very low sum compared to what she owes still this is unbelievable , we are still trying to collect and resolve with this person weeks and even month later of her due date for the payment to Refresh painting attached are screen... read more
