Absolutely amazing! I had been working with another lender for almost three months with every communication coming back requesting higher rates, fees to extend, more money to close. I spoke to Joe with Encore and explained my situation. Joe was able to find a better rate, get back to my initial target money needed to close and had my loan closed within three weeks! Joe provided excellent communication and explanation of every step in the process! I am so thankful to him and his team!
