I cannot say enough good things about Joe! From the very beginning, he was absolutely amazing to work with. Buying a home can be stressful, and I definitely had my nervous moments throughout the process, but Joe was always there to answer my questions, keep me updated, and reassure me along the way. Absolutely amazing! I had been working with another lender for almost three months with every communication coming back requesting higher rates, fees to extend, more money to close. I spoke to Joe with Encore and explained my situation. Joe was able to find a better rate, get back to my initial target money needed to close and had my loan closed within three weeks! Joe provided excellent communication and explanation of every step in the process! I am so thankful to him and his team!
