There are many lenders/ financial advisors to chose from these days. However, there are few that commit the time, effort and attention that Tom does. He explained the details and process in a way we could understand, was very attentive to our needs and questions, and always picked up the phone, even while on vacation. He was fantastic and could not have been more helpful!
