Absolutely fantastic when we first used them 5 years ago however this time for the remortgage has been shocking, so mich so that we have changed broker firms entirely. Not the experience we expected or deserved as a returning customer. Very disappointed.
Tried calling James for over 3 days now and he is always busy or in a meeting been told so many times he would called back and never has. Really not happy with all this and I would stay away from this company
