Does not play well with others. Had a difficult time when I switched lenders. They would not transfer our appraisal which cost $675. Appraiser was helpful.
They commonly take 3-4 weeks to process a payment and then try to charge a late fee due to their delay. Online payment is fairly dissatisfying too. There are better places to use, shop around some more.
